The Norway maple 'Globosum' (Acer platanoides) is a spherical small tree that produces greenish-yellow flowers. They appear in April. The Norway maple 'Globosum' also has light green leaves. Its bark is dark grey. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of around 6 metres and grows to around 6 metres wide.

Norway maple 'Globosum' is a small spherical tree with a closed crown. It usually reaches a height of 5 - 6 m and is approx. 5 - 6 m wide. Slow growing. Usually grows 10 - 15 cm per year.

Leaves

The deciduous leaves of the Norway maple 'Globosum's are light green. They are about 15 - 20 cm in size. Norway maple 'Globosum' turns a bright golden yellow in autumn.

Bark

Dark grey bark makes this plant an eye-catcher in any garden.

The green-yellow flowers appear in April.
