The Goat's beard 'Kneiffii' (Aruncus dioicus) is a bushy perennial with decorative, pinnate, dark green leaves. From June to July, it bears creamy white flowers arranged in panicles. In a sunny to shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and grows to a width of approx. 80 cm. The Goat's beard 'Kneiffii' is well tolerant of frost.

Flower

Aruncus dioicus 'Kneiffii' forms creamy white flowers arranged in panicles from June.

The Goat's beard 'Kneiffii' has good frost hardiness.

Use

Group planting, rock garden, cottage garden, cutting, solitary, bee pasture, natural garden

Water

Water regularly and allow the soil to dry out in the meantime.

Care

- If the plant is divided every 2-3 years and weak roots and shoots are removed, the reward is better growth and flowering vigour!
- If the plant is watered less frequently but thoroughly and penetratingly, the plant roots are encouraged to penetrate into deeper soil layers. This enables the plant to survive dry periods better.

Common Monkshood, Fragrant Violet, Many-flowered Solomon's Seal, Broad-leaved Sedge.
