Yellow Buckeye 'Vestita' (Aesculus flava) is a conical, broad, loose tree that produces light yellow, panicle-arranged flowers. These appear at the end of May. Additionally, the Yellow Buckeye 'Vestita' has palmate, dark green leaves. It thrives in a sunny to semi-shady location with well-draining, nutrient-rich, loamy soil. Under favorable conditions, it typically reaches a height of about 20 meters and spreads up to 15 meters wide.

Yellow Buckeye 'Vestita' is a conical, broad, and loosely growing tree with a loose crown. It typically grows to a height of 12 to 20 meters and a width of 9 to 15 meters. It grows slowly, usually about 30 to 35 cm per year.

The shoots of Aesculus flava 'Vestita' are light brown.

Leaves

The summer-green leaves of Yellow Buckeye 'Vestita' are dark green, palmate, and opposite. These leaves are about 7 to 10 cm in size. The tree shows bright dark yellow color in the autumn.

The bark peels off in irregular plates.

The light yellow flowers of Yellow Buckeye 'Vestita' appear in panicles at the end of May.
