• Leading and organizing the team in the topiary department
• Planning and carrying out topiary work on various plants
• Ensuring the quality standards of our products and optimizing production processes
• Coordination of work processes as well as the use of personnel and materials
• Further development and implementation of new design techniques and shapes for our range in consultation with Management

• Completed studies (university/technical college) or completed training with a horticultural background
• Practical experience in the green sector
• Team spirit, flexibility, independent work
• Good knowledge of plants and organizational skills
• Dedicated work style and strong communication skills
• Driving license class B, T desirable
