With its medium green leaf colouring, the Blue grama (Bouteloua gracilis) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its upright growth. The copper-brown flower spikes adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with a well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 20 cm and grows up to 20 cm wide.
