Care

- Hardy but frost-sensitive potted plants must be winterised before the first cold days. To do this, the pot can be wrapped with fleece, coconut or straw mats, jute or bubble wrap. Evergreen plants also need to be watered on frost-free winter days.
- Over time, the soil loses some of its important properties. The plants should therefore be transplanted into a larger pot with fresh container plant soil every two years in spring.
- Prune back vigorously in winter so that the plant grows bushy and produces even more flowers in the coming season.
- As soon as the temperatures no longer fall below 5°C, even at night, this plant can be taken outside. A shower with lukewarm water will remove dust and revitalise your favourite. A semi-shady spot out of direct sunlight is best to prevent leaf damage. If necessary, the plant can also be repotted outdoors in spring, which saves cleaning work indoors.

Planting: possible all year round (indoors).
